Analysis of key points for the selection of ds-wylde electromagnetic sewage flowmeter:

1.The range of the electromagnetic flowmeter is relatively large, usually no less than 20, with the range of automatic switching function of the instrument, can exceed 50 ~ 100.The calibre of the products can be provided from 10mm to 3000mm in China, although the actual application is still the majority of small and medium calibre, but with most other principles of flow meters.(such as positive displacement, turbine, vortex street or coriolis mass type, etc.), the large diameter instrument occupies a larger proportion.Among nearly 10,000 meters in a certain enterprise, the small diameter below 50mm, the medium diameter between 65-250mm, the large diameter between 300mm and 900mm and the large diameter above 1000mm account for 37%, 45%, 15% and 3% respectively.

2.The flow rate, full degree flow rate, range degree and diameter of the selected instrument may not be the same as the diameter of the pipe, it should be determined according to the flow rate.Flow industrial transport water and other viscosity is not high liquid, pipeline flow rate is generally 1.5 ~ 3m/s economic flow rate. Electromagnetic flowmeter is used in such a pipe, the sensor diameter and pipe diameter can be the same.When the electromagnetic flowmeter is full, the liquid flow rate can be selected within the range of 1 ~ 10m/s, and the range is relatively wide.The upper flow rate is not restricted in principle, however it is generally recommended not to exceed 5m/s, unless the lining material can withstand the erosion of the liquid flow rate, practical applications rarely exceed 7m/s, and exceeding 10m/s is even rarer.The lower limit of the flow velocity of the full degree flow is generally 1m/s, and some models of meters are 0.5 m/s.In the early stage of some new projects, the flow rate is low or the flow rate is low.

3. For the fluid with easy adhesion, deposition, scaling and other substances, the selected flow rate should not be lower than 2m/s, zui can be raised to 3 ~ 4m/s or above, play a role of self-cleaning, preventing adhesion and deposition.For highly abrasive fluids such as pulp, the normal flow rate should be less than 2 ~ 3m/s to reduce wear on the lining and electrodes.In the measurement of low conductance liquid close to the threshold value, the lower flow velocity (less than 0.5 ~ 1m/s) should be selected as far as possible. As the flow velocity increases, the flow noise will increase, resulting in output sloshing.
