Main functions:

Ⅰ.Anti-theft control:

In order to prevent the bad user from stealing gas, the primary instrument security box and the secondary instrument control box are designed to prevent theft.After the instrument is installed and debugged, lock the instrument box with the remote control, and the alarm light (red) is on.If you want to steal gas, he will open a security box or a secondary instrument control box, tampering on any instrument, but as long as open any security box, the system will automatically close the valve, at this time the user cannot open, only the air supplier management personnel to use the remote control decoding before opening the valve normal gas supply.

Ⅱ.Pipe preheating:

Considering that the valve will be automatically closed during festivals, overdue fees or gas theft, and when opened again, if opened directly, it will cause the pipeline jumping, equipment damage and serious casualties. Therefore, we took the pipe preheating into consideration and designed the valve to be opened slowly (the time can be set) to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment and pipelines.

Ⅲ.High temperature and high pressure special valve:

We have adopted special customization of high temperature and high pressure valves, the use of temperature of 425 degrees, 1.6, 2.5, 4.0 mpa pressure optional, sealers adopt carbide party grinding face seal, the surface hardness of HRC - 65 degrees of above, can switch ten thousand times, the common use seal valve on the market with PTFE, PTFE, PPL, and so on, these materials are not resistant to high temperature, more than 150 degrees of thermoplastic is very poor, if can not switch on 280 degree steam several times even can not find the seals, not to mention the seal;I have a personal experience, can only be used in cold, hot water or chemical raw materials, its advantage is better antisepsis.

Ⅳ.UPS dual independent power supply:

In order to prevent ac power meter cannot measure, the valve cannot close, designed a two-way independent UPS power supply, including all the way for settlement instrument, all the way for the valve switch, single battery capacity 32 ah, to ensure normal measuring instrument after ac power outages, normal switch valve, general factory products after the ac power can't switch valve, at the same time also lost the anti-theft function.

Ⅴ.Multiple lightning protection:

The main board of the system and the meter box are designed with lightning protection circuit. When encountering thunder and lightning, the lightning protection circuit responds quickly and makes protection, and then the circuit is automatically restored.Considering that some users use in chemical plants or environments with corrosive gases, we also do three precautions on the circuit board: anti-corrosion, anti-moisture and anti-oxidation.
