Identify and solve the problem of liquid level gauge

1. Check whether the power supply is connected correctly first. If it is found that the connection method is not correct, it should be corrected according to the operation manual

2. Use a trivoltmeter to measure the voltage between 24V and O/P. The voltage should be between 13V and 36V. If the voltage is abnormal, check whether the line or relevant equipment is abnormal

3. Item 2 should first acknowledge normal, and then string a milliammeter in the loop from 4 to 20MA to check whether the current is normal. If the current value is abnormal, replace the new product or contact the customer service staff

4. Use the voltmeter to check the voltage between IN and COM. The normal voltage should be about 2.5v. If the voltage is too low, remove the EXC conductor.If any of the above representations are found, replace the signal converter or contact the customer service staff according to the practical situation

When the float ball drops below *, the flag board does not return to zero and the flag board cannot keep up with the lowering speed of the float ball, saving equipment should be installed to slow down the lifting speed of the liquid level

The color sheet of the flag board will not turn over, or the color sheet is disordered. It should be recognized that there is no magnetic body around and inside the body tube, and it should be swept once with a magnet after eradication to make the color belong to the same

The magnetic field of the floating ball is too strong when the color piece is flipped 360 degrees. Ask the customer service staff to replace the floating ball

Close switch action, use electric meter to check the switch movement is normal, when the magnet close to contact conduction and resistance should be less than 300 m below Ω, magnet removed switch shall be resistance and open up to more than 10 m Ω, if did not meet the above requirements should replace a new switch.

The two lines of the float-connected liquid level indicator signal converter are somehow connected to the indicator. Please connect the 24V end of the signal converter to the 24V end of the indicator and the O/P end of the signal converter to the AI end of the indicator according to the operation manual. If it still cannot operate normally after electrifying, please contact the customer service staff.

There is no output of the resistance type material level switch

1. Smell and see if there is a burning smell in the power seat. If there is a burning smell, it means that it has been burned.

2. Admit whether the material weight is too light, and replace the large blades.

3. The device address is not appropriate. If there is a direct impact of materials, the baffle should be installed for maintenance, or avoid the direction of cutting.

The parts in the switch fall, please check whether there is an oscillating motor or other oscillator equipment in the tank environment.
