Common troubleshooting methods of differential pressure transmitter

The output signal of the differential pressure transmitter is unstable, there is no output when connected to electricity, and measurement error is generated. These are all faults of the differential pressure transmitter in the use process. The main treatment methods are as follows:

A. replacement method: prepare A piece of transmitter in normal use to directly replace the suspected fault, which can easily and quickly determine whether it is the fault of the transmitter itself or the fault of the pipeline or other equipment.

B, open circuit method: parts of the suspected fault with other parts to separate, to see whether the fault disappear, if lost, is to determine the malfunction, or can be carried out next lookup, such as: smart differential pressure transmitter can't normal Hart, telecommunication, power supply can be disconnected from the instrument noumenon, the method of field plus a power transmitter power to communicate, to see if the cable stack 2 KHZ electromagnetic signals interfere with communication.

C. Short circuit detection: under the condition of ensuring safety, directly short the relevant circuits. For example, if the output value of the difference transmitter is small, disconnect the pressure guide tube.
