IC card steam prepayment system is a kind of steam prepayment system, which USES three IC CARDS for management and operation: customer purchase gas card, maintenance card, equipment management card.

IC card steam prepayment has three functions as follows:

1. Valve closing function: after the steam purchase is completed, the valve closing action will be performed automatically.The valve closing action can be set from 0% to 100% according to the actual situation, such as closing 100%, 50%, 40% or 30%, the specific situation is set by the user.

2. Valve opening function: the system will slowly open the valve after the valve is closed for whatever reason. It takes about 15 minutes to open all the valves from 0-100%.The total opening time can be set by the user according to different requirements.

3. Overdraft function: use permission setting, such as "management card", select "overdraft" function through function setting key, and the maximum overdraft limit shall be set by the user.

Other features of IC card steam prepayment:

1、Pipe network pressure adjustment function: to ensure the balance of pipe network pressure, meet the requirements of most users.The system has the function of user pressure automatic adjustment, control and remote pressure adjustment, which can guarantee the pressure change of the controlled pipe network within the parameter range set by the user, so as to improve the operation efficiency of the pipe network and effectively reduce the loss of the pipe network.

2、Valve regulating function:

（1）In the manual mode, after the device card is inserted, the valve opening can be adjusted through the keyboard of the prepaid monitor.

（2） Remote control, in the central control room, with the upper machine to achieve remote valve opening adjustment.

（3）Over-flow limiting function, when the flow continues for a period of time beyond the maximum flow setting value, automatically reduce valve opening.

（4）Small flow shutoff valve function, when the flow of a period of time less than the minimum flow set value, automatic shutoff valve.
