1. The principle of ultrasonic flow meter

In the whole process of fluid dissemination, the rate of a single ultrasonic pulse generally has a close relationship with the fluid rate, that is to say, the downstream rate exceeds the reverse flow rate. If there is a large time difference in the single pulse dissemination, its total flow will also follow expand.

Therefore, the total flow measurement can be carried out. When carrying out actual operations, both the upstream and downstream controllers all emit a certain ultrasonic single pulse at the launch point, but the two are quite different. The specific performance is that one is upstream and the other is downstream.Suffered from fluid hazards, the time for two single pulses to reach the ultrasonic transducer will also have a certain difference. However, since the two are actually the same way, the difference in transfer time can also mainly show the actual water flow rate of the fluid. When using the time difference method to carry out the measurement, two controllers must be used to transmit points and receive data signals.When the controller is set in the pipeline, the two will implement acoustic data signal communication, and when the work is carried out, the launch point and reception will be carried out.If the fluid in the tube is at a standstill, the spreading time of the downstream and upstream flows remains the same.If the liquid is in a fluid condition, the time for the downstream data signal to spread will be shorter than that of the upstream. In the whole process, when spreading downstream and upstream, the time difference and the actual water flow are shown to be proportional.
