Key points of field acceptance and commissioning knowledge of electromagnetic flowmeter

The acceptance of electromagnetic flowmeter has a direct impact on the future use, and even affect the normal operation of the entire working condition, so the site acceptance and debugging is the basic ability of each instrument staff, do their own work, learn the ability to apply in the work practice.

In the acceptance stage, sensors, converters and connecting cables are generally inspected.For the sensor can be measured according to the air tube situation: electrode insulation performance;Field coil resistance and insulation performance;Check the lining material for good condition;For converter detection, the analog signal generator should be used. It is forbidden to check the output of converter after connecting the converter with the sensor, because at this time, the output information and display information are in random state.For connection cable detection, mainly check whether the cable type and length meet the requirements.

Preliminary assembly and debugging of electromagnetic flowmeter:

1. Emphasis should be placed on the following analysis and inspection;

2. Whether the working condition of the instrument meets the requirements (humidity, pressure, flow rate, protection level);

3. Instrument selection is correct;

4. Whether the installation of the instrument is reasonable (grounding, front and rear straight pipe sections, wiring)

Air accumulation point -- avoid bubble accumulation;(2) Non-full pipe -- ensure the full pipe condition during measurement;(3) Siphon mouth -- no siphon can be generated;Front valve -- control valve should be installed in the downstream of the flowmeter;After pumping -- upstream pump to remove the negative pressure.The external interference introduced by the connecting cable should also be considered, and the fault of the instrument itself should not be excluded.

5. Zero point must be adjusted when the electromagnetic flow sensor is full of liquid at rest after power is switched on.

6. Zero-point check for periodic stop of service conditions:

7. Wear, corrosion, leakage and scaling of sensor electrodes.Especially for precipitated, easily contaminated electrodes, containing solid phase non-cleaning fluid;

8. The insulation of excitation ring drops;

9. Insulation drop of converter;

9. Circuit fault of the converter;

11. Connection cables are damaged, short-circuited and exposed to moisture;

12. New changes in instrument operating conditions cannot be excluded.
