How to choose the grounding ring of electromagnetic flowmeter correctly

Electromagnetic flowmeter is mainly specially designed for water metering trade of water supply enterprises. It has the ability of waterproof, anti-corrosion, anti-interference and lightning strike.

There are no moving parts in the pipe of the electromagnetic flowmeter, and there is almost no additional pressure loss in the measurement.On the selection of ground ring, the following is a simple introduction, so that beginners can better get familiar with the relevant knowledge.

1. Protective ring: F46 lining sensor should choose protective ground ring, fixed on the flange through the screw, protect the lining flanging from damage.

2. The material of grounding ring is stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, special requirements can be specified when ordering.

3. Standard ground ring: ground rings must be installed on both sides of the sensor on plastic and cathodic protection pipes with inner and outer walls insulated to protect against electrolytic corrosion.

4. Protective ring with neck: if the medium wear is strong, the protection ring with neck should be selected to protect the lining.

In practical work, the measurement results of the electromagnetic flowmeter are independent of the physical parameters such as velocity distribution, fluid pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, etc.The range can be modified online according to the actual needs of users.
