Turbine flowmeter installation and use adjustment, sensor can be installed horizontally, vertical, vertical installation of the fluid direction must be up.The liquid should be filled in the pipe without bubbles.When installed, the direction of liquid flow shall be the same as the direction of the arrow on the sensor housing indicating the direction of flow.The upstream end of the sensor should have at least 20 times the nominal diameter of the straight pipe section, the downstream end should be no less than 5 times the nominal diameter of the straight pipe section, its inner wall should be smooth and clean, no dents, scale and peeling defects.The pipe axis of the sensor shall be aligned with the adjacent pipe axis, and the gasket used to connect the seal shall not go deep into the pipe cavity.

The sensor should be far away from the external electric field and magnetic field, and effective shielding measures should be taken when necessary to avoid external interference.

In order not to affect the normal liquid delivery during maintenance, it is recommended to install bypass pipe at the installation of the sensor.

When the sensor is installed in the open, please make the amplifier and plug waterproof.The connection between the sensor and the display instrument is shown in figure 4.

When there are impurities in the fluid, should be installed filters, filter mesh according to the flow of impurities, generally for 20 ~ 60 mesh.When free gas is mixed in the fluid, a deaerator should be installed.The entire piping system should be well sealed.

The user should fully understand the corrosion of the measured medium and strictly prevent the corrosion of the sensor.
