Installation Principle of Integrated Ultrasonic Liquid Level Gauge

Installation principle of integrated ultrasonic liquid level gauge:

1. The distance from the transmitter surface of the sensor to the low liquid level should be less than the range of the selected instrument.

2. The distance from the transmitter surface of the sensor to the high liquid level should be greater than the blind area of the selected instrument.

3. The transmitting surface of the sensor should be parallel to the liquid surface.

4. The installation position of the sensor should avoid the position where the liquid level fluctuates violently, such as the inlet and outlet.

5. If the wall of the tank or tank is not smooth, the meter shall leave the wall of the tank or tank more than 0.3m.

6. If the distance from the transmitter surface of the sensor to the high liquid level is less than the blind area of the selected instrument, an extension pipe shall be installed with the diameter of the extension pipe

At 120mn, length 0.35m ^ 0.50m, installed vertically, with smooth inner wall, opening of tank should be larger than inner diameter of extension pipe.Or the tube can be directly to the bottom of the tank, the diameter of the tube is greater than 80mm, the tube bottom hole to facilitate the flow of liquid.Ultrasonic liquid level meter, Ultrasonic level meter, Ultrasonic flowmeter.
