Installation requirements for gas turbine flowmeter:

1. Before installation of the gas turbine flowmeter, the pipe must be blown clean to prevent the residual iron scrap from affecting the normal operation of the flowmeter.

2. Before the installation of the gas turbine flowmeter, when the turbine is driven by tiny airflow, the turbine can rotate flexibly and there is no irregular noise. If the counting rotation is normal and there is no intermittent stagnation, the gas turbine flowmeter can be installed and used.The gas turbine flowmeter sensor is thrust type with carbide bearing, which not only ensures the precision and improves the wear resistance, but also has the characteristics of simple structure, firm structure and convenient disassembly and assembly.

3. Sealing washer should be added between flange and pipe flange when gas turbine flowmeter is installed.

4, the gas flowmeter should be installed before the filter, the temperament of dirty occasions should be installed with oil filter, filter and flowmeter are strictly prohibited to be directly connected.

5, the gas turbine flowmeter should be installed before and after the valve.

6, flange joint pipe inner longitude should not have a protuberant connection.

7. When installing the gas turbine flowmeter, the gas turbine flowmeter is strictly prohibited from direct electric welding at the inlet and outlet flange, so as not to burn out the internal parts of the flowmeter.

8. The gas turbine flowmeter should be installed in a place that is easy to maintain, free from strong electromagnetic field interference, mechanical vibration and thermal radiation.

9. Gas turbine flowmeter should not be used in the case of frequent flow interruption and strong pulsating flow or pressure pulsating.

10. When the gas turbine flowmeter is installed outdoors, the upper part should be covered to prevent rain water immersion and hot sun exposure from affecting the service life of the flowmeter.

11. The gas turbine flowmeter can be installed horizontally or vertically. The flow direction of the fluid should be consistent with the direction indicated on the shell.

12. In order not to affect the normal delivery of fluid, it is recommended to install bypass pipeline. The bypass pipeline valve must be closed during normal use.
