What should be noted about the installation of sewage flowmeter?

2. Sewage flowmeter should be installed at the rising place of pipeline;

3, in the opening of the discharge pipe installation, should be installed in the lower part of the pipe;

4. If the pipe drop exceeds 5m, install the exhaust valve downstream of the sensor;

5. The sewage flowmeter shall install control valve and cut-off valve downstream of the sensor, but not upstream of the sensor;

6, the sensor can not be installed in the inlet and outlet of the pump, should be installed in the outlet of the pump;

7. Installation of electromagnetic flowmeter in the measuring well.

Specific analysis of sewage flowmeter is as follows:

1. Safety: safety rules must be considered when selecting and installing instruments, such as whether the installation environment has explosive threat, etc.

2. Ambient temperature: the change of the environmental thermometer will have a great impact on the electronic components of the instrument and the flow detection part of some instruments;If the flow characteristics are affected by the change of ambient temperature, some pipelines need to be thermally coated.

3. Environmental humidity: if the environmental humidity is increased, the electrical insulation will be reduced and atmospheric corrosion and electrolytic corrosion will be accelerated;If the ambient humidity decreases, it is susceptible to static electricity.Therefore, for the problems caused by humidity, for the possible range of variation, the user should make expectations and verify whether there will be unnecessary problems in the operation of the selected instrument;

4, electrical interference: electrical electromagnetic interference, usually generated in power cables, electrical switches and motors, which is also a source of measurement error.
