What conditions should be met for the correct use of intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter

The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter adopts the embedded technology of single chip microcomputer to realize the digital excitation. Meanwhile, the electromagnetic flowmeter adopts CAN field bus on the surface, and the technology reaches the domestic level.At the same time, it can output 4-20mA current signal for recording, adjustment and control. It has been widely used in chemical industry, environmental protection, metallurgy, medicine, papermaking, water supply and drainage and other industrial technology and management departments.

The main components of intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter sensor are: measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core and magnetic yoke shell.It is mainly used to measure the volume flow rate of conductive liquid and slurry in closed pipes.Including acid, alkali, salt and other highly corrosive liquids.The products are widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking and other industries as well as environmental protection, municipal management, water conservancy construction and other fields.

The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter should meet the following conditions in daily use:

1. Ensure the length of front and rear straight pipe sections.When the enterprise does not put forward specific requirements for straight pipe section, the straight pipe section is generally at least 20D~30D;

2. Correctly measure the pipe diameter of intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter.The mean speed tube is a runoff flow meter. In order to measure accurately the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter, the diameter must be measured accurately.At the same time, accurate measurement of the diameter at the set stage can avoid the eccentricity of the distribution of the total pressure hole due to the fact that the diameter of the actual pipe segment is not the same as that of the designed pipe diameter, thus introducing errors.

3. When measuring liquid with intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter, install it under the pipeline;When measuring gas, install above the pipe;When measuring steam, install below the pipe line.For vertical pipe, it can be installed in any direction around the vertical pipe 360°, with single or double support, depending on pipe size and medium.
