1. Wide range of flow measurement

According to the test results, we know that the performance of the porous flowmeter enables it to flow from zUI to the speed of sound.Its ZUI small Reynolds number can be less than 200, zUI large Reynolds number is greater than 107;The value is optional 0.25 ~ 0.90.

2. Measurable high temperature and high pressure medium

Like orifice plate and other throttling devices, the working temperature and pressure depends on the material and grade of pipe and flange. The working temperature and pressure can reach 850℃ and 42MPa.

3. Low requirements for straight pipe section

Due to the stable flow field and the pressure recovery twice as fast as the orifet, the balanced flow sensor has greatly shortened the requirements for straight pipe segments. The front and rear straight pipe segments are generally 3D and 1D respectively, and the ZUI is small and can be less than 0.5d, thus saving a large number of straight pipe segments, especially pipes with special expensive materials.


4. Media in complex working conditions can be measured

Because of its special structural design, the porous balance flowmeter has special properties and can be used for gas-liquid two-phase, mud, and even solid particle measurement.Balanced flow can be measured in both directions.

5. Good long-term stability

Due to the obvious reduction of turbulent shear force, the direct friction between the medium and the throttle body is greatly reduced, the value remains unchanged for a long time, and the whole instrument has no moving parts, so the stability can be maintained for a long time.

6. Orifice plate can be directly replaced

The balance flow sensor and orifice plate have the same use method and shape, so it can be directly replaced without any changes in piping and related instruments. It is very suitable to change orifice plate into balance flow meter in energy metering transformation of the whole plant.

7. Reduce pressure loss

The balanced design of porous symmetry reduces the formation of turbulent shear force and eddy current, and reduces the loss of kinetic energy. In the same measuring condition, the pressure loss is reduced by 2.5 times compared with the orifice plate, thus saving considerable operating energy cost. It is an energy saving instrument.

8, dirt resistance is not easy to block

The symmetrical balance design of the porous balance flowmeter reduces the formation of turbulent shear force and eddy currents, thus greatly reducing the formation of dead zone, ensuring the smooth passage of dirty medium through multiple holes and reducing the chance of fluid holes being blocked.

9. High linearity and good repeatability
