Orifice flowmeter is a flow measuring device for measuring fluid flow in pipeline with differential pressure meter or differential pressure transmitter.The measurement medium is the flow rate of liquid, steam and gas. The following brief description is for reference:

Orifice flowmeter throttling device name

Throttle parts: standard orifice plate, standard nozzle, long diameter nozzle, 1/4 round, double orifice plate, eccentric orifice plate, circular orifice plate, tapered inlet orifice plate, etc

Accessories: pressure guide tube, connection flange, fastener, valve group, etc.

Display: pointer in place or digital display

Select the parameters required by orifice flowmeter throttling device:

1. Pipe diameter (pipe diameter * wall thickness) and length of straight pipe before and after installation position mm

2. Medium measured by orifice flowmeter

3. Working temperature of the measured medium

4. Working pressure of the measured medium (pressure, small pressure, normal pressure)

5. Working flow rate of the measured medium (flow rate, small flow rate, normal flow rate)

6. The viscosity of the measured medium

Orifice flowmeter installation piping tips:

(1) The straight pipe sections before and after the throttle body shall be straight without visible bending.

(2) The inner wall of the straight pipe segment used for installing restrictor shall be smooth. If not, the flow coefficient shall be corrected by multiplying the roughness.

(3) The straight pipe segment with throttle body shall be uniformly distributed in axisymmetric shape before and after the segment
