Secondly, in terms of maintenance, most of the faults of water turbine flow meter are turbine bearing wear and impeller being stuck. Such faults can be solved only by changing bearings or removing debris on the impeller.

However, it should be noted that since the turbine flowmeter is a precise instrument, changing bearings or removing debris may cause changes in the instrument coefficient. Therefore, in order to ensure the measurement accuracy, it is necessary to re-verify and change the instrument coefficient after changing a series of accessories.

The liquid turbine flow meter can be installed horizontally, tilting or vertically, but the flow characteristic curve varies with different installation methods.But if you want to obtain high precision measurement, you must use horizontal installation.
