Usage and characteristics
Flow quantitative control instrument is a new flow measurement control instrument developed by using advanced single chip microcomputer technology.Flow quantitative control instrument has the advantages of small volume, light weight, simple operation, direct reading display, clarity and high reliability. It is equipped with flow sensors and solenoid valves for pulse output such as turbine and vortex street to form a flow control system, which is suitable for flow quantitative control in petroleum, chemical industry, medicine and food industry.

Working principle
According to the calculation formula of pulse output flow sensor
Q = N/K
Where Q-- cumulative flow rate (unit liter)
N-- number of pulse of flow signal (times)
K-- meter constant (d/l)
Put instrument constants in controller, control instrument on the basis of the number value automatically calculate the corresponding pulse, quantitative control flow meter starts to change the built-in relay status, makes the control valve to open and control instrument to count of signals from the sensors in the flow, arrived at a quantitative restore the original state, to the relay control valve will be closed, so as to realize the quantitative control of the pipe flow.
