This product consists of two parts: sensor (primary instrument) and transmitter (secondary instrument).
The sensor (primary meter) is the mechanical part of the mass Flowmeter, which is equipped with exciter, displacement sensor and temperature sensor.
The transmitter (secondary meter) is the display part of the meter and the electrical part of the meter. It is equipped with a power module, a signal processing module, an A/D conversion module, a display module, a transmission output module, etc. Its basic function is to receive and process the signal of the sensor, and directly obtain mass flow, temperature and density after processing. According to the above parameters, the parameters of the required measurement such as the volume flow rate are derived; the display, output, storage and remote transmission can be displayed; the flowmeter parameters can be modified. The safety barrier is installed inside the transmitter to protect against explosion-proof isolation.
The sensor (primary table) of the complex type flowmeter is intrinsically safe, while the transmitter (secondary table) is flameproof. Both the sensor and the transmitter can work in explosive gas environment and can be placed in danger area.
The sensor (primary meter) of the intrinsic safety type of flow meter can be used in explosive gas environment, while the transmitter can only work in the specified safety environment.
